Lauren was great in explaining the process and next steps. I was very impressed by her saying what she knew and what she was unsure of and wanted to double check. She always provided a quick response to anything she had to double check. Lauren's type A, go-getter personality was fantastic particularly in this market. She responded quickly, was always prepared, and walked the fine line of giving us sounds advice without being overbearing. She coordinated and facilitated all aspects of the transaction from home inspection to dealing with homeowners insurance. It was a huge help with our busy schedules to have someone handle the details.
